The Archbold repair process
Contact us by phone or through our website. If you have an insurance claim, you can choose your own repair bodyshop rather than letting your insurance company choose.
We recommend you contact us first as we can take the hassle out of the insurance claim process – at no extra cost.
We can recover your vehicle if it is not roadworthy – please contact us to discuss this. Otherwise, we can collect your vehicle and deliver it back to you if required. For car repairs we can provide a courtesy vehicle free of charge. For light commercial van, horsebox and motorhome repairs we can also provide a courtesy car if it is required (conditions apply).
When you arrive one of our helpful team will greet you and listen to any requirements you may have. An estimator will perform an inspection, explain the process, and work out the amount of time that will be required to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
We know how important your time is and we give you an expected finish date at this point.
We will be in constant contact with you to keep you updated on our progress and our estimated completion date.
If your vehicle requires new paint, it will be completed in one of our state-of-the-art spray booths, called ‘ovens’. We’re specialists in returning your vehicle to a perfect, pre-accident condition and we always ensure a 100% perfect colour match to any vehicle.
After a final inspection of your vehicle repair, we certify that we have completed all the necessary steps to restore the vehicle, as well as a 3 year warranty on all our repairs.
